1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at Sweekar Executive Hotel ("we," "us," or "the Hotel"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Reservation & Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) is required at check-in for all guests.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of force majeure, double booking errors, or non-payment of advance.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out beyond 2:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the daily rate.
- Guests must present valid ID proof at check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if identification cannot be verified.
4. Payment Policy
- Online bookings require payment via Razorpay at the time of booking or payment at the property.
- Cash, card, and UPI payments are accepted at the Hotel.
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- GST at applicable rates (12% or 18%) will be charged based on the room tariff as per Government of India regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in will be charged one night's room rate.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Complimentary bookings and special promotional rates may be non-refundable — terms will be stated at the time of booking.
6. Guest Conduct & Hotel Rules
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow guests and staff at all times.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- The Hotel reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the premises if their conduct is deemed disruptive or illegal, without refund.
- Any damage to Hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
7. Liability
- The Hotel is not liable for loss of personal valuables. Guests are advised to use in-room safety lockers.
- The Hotel shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Guests' vehicles are parked at their own risk.
8. Temple Visits & Local Guidance
Sweekar Executive is located near the revered Tulja Bhavani Temple. We encourage guests to respect local customs and dress codes when visiting the temple. The Hotel can assist with temple visit timings and transportation arrangements upon request.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Hotel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Osmanabad (Dharashiv), Maharashtra.
